Allowing Action

Sometimes, we want to take action, but find resistance. So what do we do? I find that affirming my desired action helps me a lot. For example, if I want to go for a walk, I can affirm "going for a walk" or some statement to that purpose and the idea will become more and more comfortable to me. The resistance fades and the action comes naturally to me.
